This recipe will feed 20 Papillons for 1 24 hour period (2 meals per day)

Beef and Oats

2 1/2 pounds of ground beef
1 gallon of water.
4 cups of regular rolled oats

blend the meat into the water in a large pot

boil the meat and water until the meat is cooked.

Add oatmeal and stir occasionally until the oatmeal is cooked.
